We founded Persian Kabab & Grill out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentic. We only use real ingredients here at Persian Kabab & Grill. Fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, and meticulously selected meats. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and our customers.
I moved to the United States when I was quite little. When I first arrived here, I had no one to look after me, so I had to learn to be self-sufficient and take care of myself. Learning to cook was one of the first steps I made toward becoming my own caregiver so that I could feed myself.
I began cooking and working in several restaurants, and I had no idea when or how it happened, but after a while of spending my days in the kitchen, I had fallen in love with it. I discovered that I enjoy playing around with various herbs, spices, vegetables, and ingredients to create something that tastes like home and comfort to myself, and subsequently, to the people I would come to love in the future. What had once been a necessity for my survival, had now become a dream I could no longer live without.
